Drawing has been a passion of mine since childhood, a love undoubtedly nurtured by my parents, both architects, who always made sure our home was filled with drawing pencils and large rolls of paper. Watching their creative process- moving from initial sketches to detailed renderings and scale models, eventually bringing those designs to life as full-fledges structures- has been a lifelong source of inspiration to me. To this day, I remain fascinated by the magic of making marks on paper that transform ideas into reality.

Art, like life, is always in flux, with plans constantly under revision. This body of work explores the tangled and often unstable emotions tied to the creative process, as we dive headfirst into the unknown, driven by the hope of discovering something new on the other side of our imaginings.

These pieces were created using paper, charcoal, string, pushpins, a digital camera, and human models. With these simple household materials, I construct models that embody the potential for transformation. While not all ideas come to fruition, it is only by dreaming of a future that we can bring it closer to reality.
