Slow Motion was a two-artist exhibition with Richard Neal at The Narrows Center for the Arts in 2019. Reeves presented paintings and works on paper built from contemporary and historic family photographs, using pours, drags, and layered surfaces to allow images to emerge and dissolve. Shown alongside Neal’s work drawn from the Zapruder film, the exhibition created a conversation about memory, perception, and the limits of photographic truth.
